Back in the 70s, our founder Yoshiaki Yoshida making the connection between the benefits of olive fruit oil and Japanese botanicals set out to develop skincare products that utilize this high-grade, antioxidant-rich olive oil. And just like that, DHC was born. We are absolutely obsessed with the quality of our ingredients. Many of our products are formulated with organic virgin olive oil that we source from a farm in Baena, Spain, that has been producing the highest grade of single-estate olive oil for over 200 years.
